They are attentive, prompt, and professional. Most importantly, the food is very good

I went two different days at 8pm (they close at 9pm) and both times they said they ran out of chicken. No tienen Pollo. Crazy.

They took my money when I made my reservation, when I've been at the Hotel they roldan me NOT ROOM AVAILABLES... And they never give my money back.

Disgusting steak and cheeses. Bread was cold, food was not cooked. More lettuce than their is bread. Poor customer service. My family is never eating here again...
