Great breakfast and lunch place with delicious healthy food and awesome coffee! I will definitely be going there everytime I am in town.

I'm sorry for all the negative ratings. But I have made another experience. The service was really good and fast. (Seems to depend on the waiter?!? The breakfast was OK and everything fine. Coffee as refill, croissant: very good and oatmeal like the good old old-school style. All in all: go, try the 49 West Coffeehouse!

Lovely coffeehouse with service. However, they let you sit in or outside as long as you like. You can work there or just relax. Staff is amazing. Very cozy and comforting place. There is also a terrace in the back of the bar which is next to a parking lot but the terrace is separated by green bushes. If you want to avoid to sit next to the street but you want to sit outside, use the hidden terrace behind the bar
