Bitty Beau's Coffee - Annapolis

I tried to get coffee here this morning, but the girl greeting customers was quite rude, so we decided to leave. The atmosphere was nice and inviting, but the service was lacking.

As for parking, if it's been a while since you've paid for parking, note that Annapolis now has kiosks. I even helped a man who was having trouble figuring it out. You'll need a credit card to use the machine, and remember to place the ticket visibly in your car's window. As of August 26, 2023, according to the Visit Annapolis website: "Parking meter hours are from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, seven days a week. The meter rates are $2.00 per hour, and it's $3.00 per hour for City Dock parking, with a maximum duration of two hours. Vehicles must be moved after two hours, and refeeding the meters is not allowed." There's also the Hillman garage located halfway up Main Street if needed.

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this lovely café. It has a warm and soothing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The coffee was excellent, and I appreciated the gluten-free and vegan pastry options available. The ordering system is quite charming—after you place your order, they hand you a playing card and call it out when your order is ready. The café’s uplifting message is prominent throughout the space and on their merchandise, which is truly inspiring. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit more often!

Michael and the rest of the staff were incredible. I brought 6 children (6-10 years old) with me. The kids loved their smoothies and pins. Michael took photos of the kids for me, while they sat at the counter. He was engaging and very friendly. My nephew and nieces loved the experience. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Bitty Beau’s Coffee is a wonderful little coffee shop right in downtown Annapolis. Despite this being a chain coffee shop having locations all across Maryland and the rest of the East Coast, this place by far deserves your business more than almost anywhere in the whole area, and the reason is because this coffee shop provides an opportunity for those who are disabled to get a job! Many places will never hire mentally disabled people and Bitty Beau’s gives them a second chance. Not only that, this place makes great coffee (iced coffee and hot coffee), tea, and more! This visit, we got an iced chai and it was excellent I definitely recommend it. This place has a great atmosphere inside, it’s nicely decorated, and is a short easy walk from anywhere in downtown Annapolis. I highly recommend this place!
