Chick-fil-a Annapolis Mall

Literally not even worth the one star. Already skeptical, I had ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich which for one, the cheese was not melted. -Okay, I can deal with that. I proceeded to take my sandwich apart to add sauce only to find a freaking BUG on my lettuce. ? I had to take a photo and zoom in just to be sure. I took it back and asked to speak with a manager and even showed him the photo. He never apologized so clearly he did not care! He asked if I wanted another one (now sir, absolutely NOT!!! as if he had just severed me a cold sandwich or something. He refunded my money and showed no remorse for it nor was I offered anything else for the inconvenience. Never again!!

We love eating at Chick-fil-A. Food and service are always fantastic. We were there during a bit of a lunch rush, and the food came out quick and with no problems. Always recommend stopping at Chick-fil-A for a quick quality meal.

Quick friendly service—gotta love it. Okay this is also a location where you can get nuggets for breakfast. Great if you want to grab some for a navy tailgate.

My food was cold from sitting on the trays. Nope not again for me.

Love this place! Of course the food is awesome (we all know that) but the staff is so great. Always friendly, helpful and polite in what is probably a pretty stressful location since it is high volume at the mall.
