Food was great and it didn't get packed until after Happy Hour was done. It was me and my friend and we spent about 170$. I would suggest reservations because the wait was going to be over and hour and a half if we wanted to eat in the dining area. The bar area was first come first serve and we found a table next to the door. COVID is hitting all companies hard so we are thankful for the workers that were able to serve us.
Dee was our server at the restaurant and she was fantastic, her recommendations were incredible. The lettuce wraps are to die for!! Although my salmon was a bit too salty, overall it was delicious. My husband had the surf and turf with the pork and scallops. The scallops were cooked with perfection, however the pork was over cooked and dry. They smothered it with a sweet sauce to try and conceal the dryness. I’m not a huge wine person and I bought a bottle of their delicious wine. We went downstairs and did tastings. The guys with slicked back hair seemed to not like his job and just pour the next tasting without speaking to us, he also didn’t clean the glasses between white or red. I did buy a bottle of wine from him then we went back upstairs to the bar, where Amanda was the bartender, she was super sweet and made drinks so quickly and accurately. Every drink she made me was so good I wanted another. Dee and Amanda were incredible and are people I will definitely seek out in the future when I go back. I don’t know if I will do a tasting downstairs again after our experience. There is definitely a wine for everyone here. When we return from abroad we will be sure to come back!!
Coopers Hawk is a well rounded, nice night out. The menu is diverse and the staff is courteous and helpful. Because the restaurant is also a winery, they offer perks such as free tastings with dinner to help you pick out a glass or bottle of wine to drink. They also offer a wine club membership that is a good deal if you are local. Overall, Coopers Hawk is a solid option for a date night in the Town Center area.
If you go here get the egg rolls and the Coopers Chardonnay! Both are so incredibly delicious. This is our favorite girls night or date night restaurant! Always our number one choice. The staff isn’t always the friendliest but they make up for it in the taste and quality!
I recommend the Short Rib. So flavorful, tender, juicy and tasty. The Crab, Shrimp Lobster soup is good. The Dana's Pineappletini is a great drink if you like sweet cocktails. The Sangria-Tini is the perfect blend between a Sangria and Martini. I love the selection of music. Played not too loud and not too soft. The wait is long because this place is very popular. The service could have been better, but we did dine in the bar area. But overall, a very good dining experience.
