Contribuisci feedbackWent here for an event of 15+ people. The room was reserved, its outside of the main seating so nice and private. 4 courses that was served to the table. Delicious food. Can't split checks but roughly around $35 per food. I love the chicken parm.
My son a friend and I went to Maggiano's in Annapolis. There was no long wait. I had called ahead. We arrived about 30 minutes early. There was no problem. The staff were so kindhearted. The food was great, we had a great time.I look forward to going again soon.
Friday night, thus waiting was around 45 minutes. Server was doing his best but was very busy and overwhelmed. Food was tasty as always with consistent taste. Not sure if this is the only branch serving sour dough breads, but I've never found others (2 that I visited) serving them on house
This place was AMAZING! My wife and I initially intended to go elsewhere but left after terrible atmosphere and a grotesque smell. So we found this place and had zero wait when we walked in. It was a Thursday night and the restaurant was semi-busy. Our server, Sarah, immediately approached us after being seated and got our drink orders. She was down to earth, funny and not pushy at all. We started with the meatballs and zucchini fritta. Uhmmm can you say HUGE!!! We then got our entrees, chicken parm and a chicken dish with manicotti. Both HUGE and amazing. We also had desserts could barely touch them. At one point, one of the managers, Mr. T, stopped by. He was super nice and easy to talk to. We left with 5 to go boxes from how much food we had left! This place is amazing and I?ll happily come back when we are back in town.
I have been buying takeout for the past two years, and until recently I have been more than satisfied with the food and service to order 2 to 3 times a month. Both the service and the food quality of the takeout was very good, but it has greatly declined in the past two months. Service: Sitting at the sign saying ?Stay here and we will bring it out to you.? After 15 minutes at the curb and ten minutes past the 'Ready by time I went inside and interrupted the three employees having a good time telling jokes. I ask if my food is ready, they ask my name, and say sure, it 's been here a bit. So yah, annoying. Then it happened again. I gave it one more chance and parked in the pickup spot in plain sight of the employees in the front. I went in as soon as the expected time arrived, asked if it was ready and sure, right here. I asked why they did not bring it out to the car waiting right in front of their door and in their pickup area, they kind of shrugged and said they did not know I was there for a pickup. I asked for the manager who came out, heard my complaint and started making excuses. New employees, new system. They didn 't check the cars in their pickup area because sometimes people from the mall park there. It almost felt like a script so I am going to bet I am not the first to complain. Food: I got home, opened the food, opened the garlic spinach container and it had maybe one full scoop of the appetizer. Barely 3 bites of cold leaves. (And I live close and the car was quite warm. Hopefully this review gets back to the management at this restaurant and they will work to improve the current poor food and service for takeout. Anyhow, 3 strikes and their out. Hopefully this poor service is short lived, and I will order again in a few months with fingers crossed they are back to the decent level of food I enjoyed in the past.
