Newk's Eatery - Annapolis

My husband and I recently visited Giollotti, but we wish we had chosen this place instead. As we stood at the front looking at the menu, two different staff members approached us to offer assistance. We had hoped to try their grilled shrimp po' boy, but since we had already ordered food elsewhere, I decided to check out the big fridge filled with cakes and opted for the dozen-layer caramel cake. It was moist and, in my opinion, not overly sweet compared to other caramel cakes I’ve had. I would definitely return to explore their menu further. It seems like a great spot for health-conscious diners, but there's certainly room to indulge every once in a while. The tables and seating areas were clean, and it was nice to watch the staff prepare food.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful and inviting. I really appreciate the story behind this family-owned restaurant. I highly recommend it for a casual meal, a celebration, or even a business meeting. On Tuesdays and Sundays, kids eat free with the purchase of an adult meal and drink! As for the adults, there's a great selection of beers, wines, and sangria to choose from. Cheers!

This restaurant has quickly become my favorite spot for family meals. It's like a more energetic version of Panera Bread. They offer various options, whether you prefer dining in, taking out, ordering online, or curbside delivery. The beverage selection is impressive, and the unique toppings bar is a great touch. The food was incredible; everything we tried was delicious and absolutely fantastic! The service was both quick and friendly. They also have beer and wine available and cater events. Just like Arnold Schwarzenegger, I’ll definitely be back!

The restaurant is cheerful, bright, open. The staff friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious. A wonderfully thought out menu with some mouth-watering daily choices. Beer and wine are part of a nice drink selection. 12 layer cakes!

Nice little eatery with solid sandwich options, soups, and artisan pizzas. It has a relaxing, friendly atmosphere with excellent service.
