I placed my order at 8:07, and the estimated delivery time was 36 minutes. Now it's 9:10, and the tracker says there's still 35 minutes until delivery. I would really appreciate a bit more honesty regarding the delivery times. Service: Delivery.

My family never received the dinner I ordered while I was away. There was no phone call or email to explain the situation; the meal simply never arrived. They were left in a scramble to find something to eat before other restaurants closed, which meant they didn't get food until after 9 PM. It would have been nice if they had at least called to inform us, instead of letting my family wait, thinking their dinner was just running late.

The person I spoke to on the phone kept insisting that I try their bacon pizza or some other offering. It took me nearly 10 minutes just to place an order for a large cheese pizza. To top it off, they called me back afterwards to let me know they didn't have any drivers available, so I ended up not getting my pizza at all.
