I enjoyed this bakery so far, but because of the reception of some vendors I don't go there anymore, the young vendors are very pleasant and polite, it's the oldest ones who have made their time I think, change the serieuX trade.

The blond and the apathetic young brunette are quite rude. I go here when I don 't really have a choice and don 't want to either wait in long lines, brave the rain/ cold, or pay too expensive. Today my friend and I wanted something warm as she is pregnant. As I didn 't want to be a spoilsport and tell her that this place wasn 't the place to go, I went in with her. She asked for a hot chocolate like the one in the picture and the aged blond with the glasses gave her a simple hot chocolate with no whipped cream. When my friend asks where is the cream as in the picture the lady proceeds to tell her that nothing is like the picture and that she cannot make it anymore as my friend didn 't tell her and began to go back and forth with her over cream. I begin to argue with the lady. How much does it cost to add it? No go since she has to push a button and she can 't redo it. If it were up to me, I would have left and left the hot chocolate with her. I really keep hoping this place is going to redeem itself- it never does. The owner needs to retrain his employees on politeness and how to meet clients halfway. It 's due to attitudes like that, that there are many stores which close. A shame. NOT COMING HERE ANYMORE.

Place to avoid absolutely. Place too narrow and selling to unpleasant and irrespective blue hair. I have never seen such a lack of empathy and professionalism. By the way to Annecy we wanted to have a coffee and by the same occasion to warm my son's bottle. The seller refused to let us enter because too many pushchairs, even if we were going to fold it, we wiped a categorical refusal. Her coldness stunned us when she refused to heat my son's bottle! Too bad we went to another coffee that was able to welcome us worthyly. I strongly advise
