The staff we had was fine even if quite junior (didn't know how to serve wine properly for example). The vegetarian salad was small but nicely presented and very...good. The chicken Caesar salad consisted of 3 2cm thick slices of iceberg lettuce with a couple of dried tomatoes, parmesan shavings and 3-4 pieces of dry deep-fried breaded chicken pieces- Chicken McNuggets are better... It is a shame for such a place to serve this kind of food for the prices they ask.
We went there for lunch. Service was good. Food very good, onion soup and vneison stew--good winter fare.
Unfortunately I was invited to lunch or I would have sent the sign back. it was the plat de jour mixed grill. the waitress discribed it as huh, steak, pork and lamb. what I got was a very flooded hitstick a piece of fat. and a 3 cm triangular dry, I think pork. even the waitress looked at it in a circumstance wise. the wine was good, but not the price.
We think it is super cozy when we sit on a street terrace in paris, but not on the road outside the fence in a messingerie of a luxury hotel. there was no other choice. we had reservations at 20:30 clock and didn't feel like walking. in the city (a 25-minute walk) and on the look for another restaurant. they were probably overwhelmed because there were three tables with two chairs on the road. so we just sat and hoped that eating would be better than our place on the road. we have still tasted our glass of champagne, which we had ordered as an appetizer when our first cure was already served while the wine was not even brought along. they wanted to take the court away. both the starter and our main course were not very special. the lobster in our main course was much too dry like the whole dish; all skill was gone. the waiter offered to do it again, but we didn't feel that way. we paid, including the main course, and went to the hotel bar for a drink.
Great price quota. we really enjoyed: 1. the fact that we could eat outside: many hotel restaurants/bistred in the opposite make them eat inside at the least risk of rain and it was not the case of this so that we really 2. the personal was friendly and professional 3. the food was good for this price class at the seaside. we had the foie grass, the tataki and the cannette were all good. we also had the bark that was delicious and generous. we have been served for a much more expensive price in the opposite, so this was a beautiful surprise they do not expect to have a magnificent sea view, but the location is still quite pleasant.
