With work colleagues we wanted to discover this restaurant... We were three and all three were disappointed! In the first time when booking by phone, you have to call after 11:30 and the phone reception not very pleasant... When we told him that we've been trying to reach them for 10:30 to book... despite everything we've booked! One of my colleagues took the card... it was good but no more... We took the menu of the day: risotto veal tendon... My dish went back almost completely and my colleague the dish half eaten... For dessert my colleague took a dessert with a ball that had to be at the praline... We put a vanilla ball on him without any excuse or explanation... and the waiter... And no comment on the dishes that were going out full or half... We learned that during the summer, the chef had an ephemeral restaurant in Lake Annecy... Maybe that was the explanation of this lunch Not great... it was expensive for what we ate and for me quality and service are not there... I don't consider this bistronomic restaurant... I've already eaten much better than that in small restaurants, district brewery, country... See even in some road! Too bad!
We have a lunch in the week with my 17-year-old little sister on the advice of the little futile. And we have absolutely not regretted the fact of having to get away from the center and walk a few hundred meters for lunch at Alexie and avoid the tourist traps. We took the menu of the day that is at a more than reasonable price (less than 20€ the entry-plat-dessert formula)! The entrance, a salad, was good. The dish is a delight. It was a perfect cooked place net with a ratatouille and potato accompaniment also very good! The dessert made of caramel carambar was also succulent. Alexie is a very good address for me by Annecy. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant really has a story with the name of the chef's little girl. And the concept of ephemeral restaurant that the chef develops is very interesting. The service was nice.
