Four of us sat down at a table at 6 PM (there was only one other table when we got there) and ordered two beers and two waters and our appetizers right away. For appetizers, we ordered cheese, curds and banging shrimp, which were very good. The waitress brought over our drinks, but it took an hour for the two appetizers to come out. During the time of waiting for our appetizers, we had to go up to the bar to get refills on our water and beer several times. Our dinner orders were a chicken Caesar salad, a burger and fries, a patty melt and a French dip Panini. We finally got our dinners at 7:30. Nobody at the table, even ate half of their dinner. Both burgers were very dry and grainy, french fries were cold and the chicken Caesar salad came out five minutes after everybody else’s meal. Not once did a waitress come over and ask how everything was and didn’t even comment about the food that was not eaten when she came to bring our check and clear the table. There seems to be no source of organization within the establishment. This was our first time eating here and it will surely be our last.

Quite rude, closed kitchen an hour and a half before the actual closing time. For some odd reason they would not allow me to order takeout… I had to “come to the dinner and order in person and wait” I was not able order and pick up. I’ve never heard of this nonsense before. Food then was extremely lackluster and bland as well as soggy and wet. This is an honest review and not so great experience, I will not be ordering again. Also I noticed very unprofessional responses to honest reviews. Not only my own but others as well. A proper owner should be apologetic and taking accountability for mishaps. Very disappointing attitude to the public.

The food was delicious and the location was very nice, however the service was horrible. Only 2 waiters and only ONE Cook. It took an hour and a half for me and my family’s food to come.

We visited Annie's Ruff Cut while on vacation. We had no information going in, we just walked into the place. Very nice atmosphere, and exceptionally friendly service. The food was better than the usual expected bar food, especially the roast beef which was excellent. We had a great experience there and next time we are in the area this will definitely be a place we seek out to visit again!

Hello! I came here thinking this was an amazing choice for me and my family. But I was sadly dissapointed. After ordering the salad, I was expecting a good size portion. After waiting for what felt like hours, it finally arrived. After all this time, I just wanted a quality salad to fill me up. However, this salad was one of the worst thing I have ever had. Every order came out separately, and mine came out last! I am very dissapointed because I was hoping for a good meal. I attached the photo of the purely disgusting salad which was supposed to have bacon in it but didn't! Not my favorite place in the area
