Very bad service, we were waiting for more than 20 mins after the food was ordered (chicken rice, non veg meals, veg meals), and there was no crowd at all but still we got our food late, in non veg meals they gave three types of gravy, but it tasted all the same like tomato gravy. The best part is the chicken rice I ordered, it mostly had chicken bone rather than chicken flesh. I asked for one cup of gravy for chicken rice but they refused to give, and told me it's not their hotel policy instead they asked me take tomato ketchup. I don't understand why hotel people will not give gravy for the chicken rice? Over all very bad taste in food and the service.
