Ted's And Grill - Annville

Horrible experience!! I will never go back. 4 waitresses serving small dining room did not even know which table got what food. Couple at our table got boneless wings that were hard as rocks and asked to have a new order and they never received!! Even after asking waitress multiple times. Our order took over 45 minutes and we were only table eating when we ordered. Had to wait forever to order beers because wait staff kept disappearing. Don't ever go here!!

Slow service; items listed on menu unavailable, ordered a French dip that didn't actually come with au jus to dip, fries were cold and overcooked, the wings were pretty damn good but sadly a couple of hours after dining here I got very sick to my stomach. Don't think I'll be going back.

Not a good visit. Will not return. When walking in, there were two kids in the parking lot about four and six years old. My wife wondered who was watching them, as no one was around. Turns out, they belong to the waitress/bartender. She yelled out the door to them a couple of times. Ordered nachos with jalapeños on the side. They were still mixed in with the rest of the toppings, and there was no sour cream, as advertised. The wings were cooked well, but an odd sauce was drizzled over some of them and smothered others. The sauce seemed like some type of tomato base, maybe a marinara. Not what I expect in a wing sauce. Did not get the celery I asked for. The server was nice enough and attentive. This place is nothing like the Ted's in Harrisburg.

Absolutely the worst take out meal I've had in the last 15 months! Got the chicken parmigiana dinner. Chicken was fried so long it was hard and could hardly cut. Spaghetti has a musty taste. Marinara sauce was so thick it didn't even coat the spaghetti and lacked any flavor. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. The picture shows half of the meal. The rest is in the to go box and going in the garbage! My recommendations, cut the quantity of food and focus on the QUALITY! It's a shame I had to spend money for this garbage. I won't be back to Ted's Grille in Annville.

Oh boy. We had a terrible experience at this restaurant... The service was absolutely atrocious. The waitress probably came to our table 2-3 times in 90 minutes. Never got napkins, despite asking twice. Never got asked if we wanted any refills on our drinks... Never got dipping sauce that we asked for... Finally gave up, went up to the bar to pay, just so we could get out of there! The pizza was alright, but everything else wasn't even edible. The fries were mushy, the wrap lacked any flavor, and the nachos just didn't seem fresh. Just not good, from all angles.
