Jimmy Johns - Anoka

I called to have lunch delivered, and they told me that they don't deliver to my area, which is off Alpine in Ramsey. I'm pretty sure Jimmy John's is located in Ramsey, but whatever. I won't be calling this place anymore. It's frustrating and very disappointing!

Ramsey is by far the best Jimmy John's I've experienced. They really listened to my requests, and the sandwich tasted exactly how I wanted it. Typically, I only get a little bit of mayo and very few peppers and tomatoes, but they nailed it! Everything was done perfectly, and as always, it was quick service.

I've visited this restaurant multiple times and have had sandwiches delivered a few times too, and everything was always good—great service and attentive, polite staff. However, during my most recent visit, I was greeted by an arrogant young man who simply said, "What do you want?" I responded with, "Excuse me?" and he repeated, "What do you want?" This kind of attitude is not what I expect from good customer service. Thankfully, he wasn’t the one making my sandwich. I can only assume he’s related to the franchise owner; otherwise, I doubt he’d still have a job.

I fully understand I don?t get any of the toppings just meat and cheese but wow there?s like 2 half slices of turkey.

Great tasting subs, as always! A little late with my catering order and VERY skimpy with requested extras (i.e. very few napkins to go with 2 18-pack orders), but overall, still high quality subs (vastly superior to that other sub shop with sub inits name)!
