The reason for the review is we are actually both visually impaired. So I in the past have knocked a beer off the table. This time of course I did it again. But what made this time much different was the waitress apologized for not letting know where the beer was and got me a new and cleaned everything up. I of course apologized. She made me feel way less embarrassed about it and when she brought me the new one told me exactly where it was. Top notch service. Whoever she is she deserves a raise! Thanks again!
Cool little bar with great pizza! Each week they have a pizza creation and wing special flavor. I love eating there when it's hot out of the oven, but this one not so much for takeout. But definitely give it a try! The hot oil with sausage is my favorite pie. it's served with an Italian long hot across it.
A fantastic spot to stop In and get fresh made brick oven pizza. Service is always good here and their selection of specialty pizzas is excellent. I recently went there and had a chicken bacon ranch pizza. It's well made, topped nicely and not overwhelming. Chicken was good, lots of bacon and a nice ranch sauce drizzled over the top. As always, their selection of beer on tap was great. Pizza came out hot and pretty quick. It's a great spot to have a late night meal and usually fairly quiet. I've been there a number of times and and I'll be back again.
The wings were the start of the show for us. We got the garlic parm wings and they were great, they 're big wings and they were cooked perfectly with lots of flavor. We had our little one with us so didn 't get one of there more unique special pies and went with a margarita which had really thin crisp crust. The knotchos, garlic knot nachos were cheesy bacon ranch. They were good, loaded with cheese and bacon. Good selection of beer as well. My only complaint is that the lights were turned all the way up it was so bright in there I felt like it was closing time. Overall a good experience and we 'd go back again.
The interior is very nice with ample seating. A very unique/hip vibe, an old garage type space. The food was pretty good, especially the wings. Not a huge fan of the pizza, maybe because I'm spoiled by the pizza back in New Haven. But overall food was decent. Only downside was that things are a little on the pricier side in my opinion. $16 for a small pizza. I have to give them credit for the generous amount of toppings but still a little pricy in my opinion. And same with the wings, either $14 or $16 for 8 wings, so around $2 per wing. They are big though, but still left feeling I was still a little hungry after finishing the food. Overall, I'd say it's worth giving the place a try if you're in the area.
