April 20th at about 8:30-9 o'clock p.m. Paid with a card and never received a receipt,thought i would get one with the food in the bag. Made us pull ahead to wait for our food. Waited nearly 15 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2-4 piece mozzarella sticks. As my daughter and I waited we watched the customer behind us get out of their truck and walk in and out the back door of the restaurant a few times and some how recieved their food before us wich was weird. They never offered us anything for waiting so long and Worst of all is one of the chicken sandwiches we ordered was raw after all the time they took to prepare them. Horrible experience at Arby's of Antigo! If I didn't live in Polar I would have brought the sandwich back.
I was just trying their online ordering I've tried three Arby's so far and they didn't have online ordering Burger King done me like that on their special promo free French toast with a purchase after I paid got in the store they had to substitute it McDonald's online no problem
Was the first car here and ordered 2 classic beefs. Took 15 mins and no sauce in bag. Food was cold and felt bad for the 5 cars also waiting behind me.
They are hooked up with Door Dash. So customer's can now have their orders delivered to the location of their choice.
