Waited an hour in the waiting queue to come into the window, was calculated too much that they had the wrong order and there was someone else. then it was said that I would have to come back the next day to receive a refund. supervisor. very rude no apology and no authorization to blame. even if there are government restrictions, an inessential journey must be made. would not be due to the bad experience again.
I went through the drive-thru on Sunday, February 21st and noticed a woman in the car in front of us waving at us, despite not recognizing her. She continued to wave as she passed us on the way out. When it was our turn to pay at the window, the cashier informed us that the woman worked for the NHS and was having a bad day but wanted to bring some positivity to others. Little did she know, just two days prior, I had lost my mother after a brief battle with cancer. Her kind gesture meant more to me and my wife than she could ever imagine. I hope she sees this message and realizes the comfort she provided us. In addition, the coffee at the restaurant was always fantastic.
Next to the paper cups they forgot my muffin and I had to ask for paper plates, serviettes and knives. they forgot the knife, so I gave on to we had 2 flat whites, which my great woman was not the same.
I was here last night for coffee. Impressed by the space inside and on such a wet night it didn't take long to fill up. What flabbergasted me most was that a crowd of more than twenty arrived and took up the entire middle section....All the adults were female and not only did they practically sit on top of each other, they were so busy gossiping that they either failed to notice or totally ignored their kids running mad around the place. One ran along the top of the seats while others raced in and out of the toilets and around the whole middle section all evening. Hello ladies, did nobody tell you about Covid?? If you don't care, I'm sure the rest of us didn't need your children flying by on countless occasions. So, where were the Starbucks staff in all this? I do know the guy behind the counter was run off his feet but surely someone should have addressed this dreadful situation. None of my party said anything, doubtful we would have been heard anyway by the gossiping women and screaming kids I won't be back here again, wake up Starbucks and smell the coffee, pardon the pun. To the selfish adults there last night, shame on you, the rest of us would like to live
