Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Anza

I've been coming here for years, but no longer. I stood in the lobby for several minutes without being acknowledged, while three employees were busy with two cars at the drive-thru. I understand that working in retail and fast food can be exhausting at times. All we needed was a simple "Hey, just give us a moment." However, whenever we made eye contact and smiled, they quickly looked away. We are kind, patient people and not rude at all. Save the attitude for the difficult customers, please. We won't be coming back. I'm sure they won't care, but that's just how it is. We ended up going to La Cocina across the street, where the food was way better and the staff greeted us with smiles. Get it together, DQ!

When I first started coming here, the food was never fresh, but they've improved, and I haven't had that issue lately. However, I don’t understand why I have to wait 35 minutes in the drive-thru to get my food; it's just ridiculous. Local restaurants don’t even take that long! I actually had to call them once to let them know that people were waiting in the drive-thru for their orders. Some days, I really crave Dairy Queen, but it’s frustrating because I often have to leave without placing my order since my lunch break is over.

My granddaughter and I visited this DQ and had the best freshly prepared chicken sandwich we've ever had. Just two days later, we tried the same thing at the Palm Springs DQ, and it was a total disappointment—dry and overcooked! Hats off to the Anza DQ!

The toilet flushes properly and does not rock back and forth when my girthy butt slightly grazes atop the bowl of the mechanism unlike the one at the family reunion in lake hemet.. no sand at this Dairy Queen Grill Chill but the yummy food brings myreview to 5 stars.

We were on our way home from camping at Lake Hemet. This DQ was such a welcome site! Great, friendly service, decent food, yummy ice cream and a bathroom! Sigh. After a few days camping, a real, clean bathroom is such a luxury!
