Dunkin' - Apalachin

I rarely ever complain but I have never experienced worse costumer service. I am a fairly regular and usually am greeted by some very nice ladies however today there was an issue with a sandwich I had ordered. After telling two people I had ordered an egg and cheese and received a sandwich with bacon they went back to remake it (after crumbling the previous sandwich) and I was handed another bacon egg and cheese. I then had to repeat myself again asking for just an egg and cheese and with some attitude from one guy and another guy talking slow/mocking me I finally was thrown a mid egg and cheese. No worker should ever be belittling costumers with that much attitude

Time for new management, no indoor service. Please stop taking our money like you care. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There was a very long line at the drive through, so I went to order inside, when I came in the first thing I noticed that some of the lights were turned off, it was not very clean. When I tried to place an order I was told they only accept mobile orders and I could not order at the counter. Ended up going elsewhere. Service: Dine in

They should throw the neighbors on the street and make a drive thru Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a large hot caramel latte with oat milk and it was filled 3/4 way up I told them it wasn 't filled and the drive through girl told me sometimes the milk doesn 't fill it all the way up what bs how does this happen sometimes this was on Saturday August 2023 at 11:09. I hate when they give me bs I paid $6 for my coffee I expect to get a full cup.
