This local gem along the Pan-Philippine Highway is a must-visit if you're heading northeast towards Luzon or southwest towards Laoag. We had the pleasure of sampling their authentic homemade bibingka paired with coffee, and it has been the most delightful local treat we've had! They offer two varieties: the milky bibingka and the coconut bibingka, both of which are absolutely delicious. They also sell a classic buko pie, featuring a thin crust that truly deserves its reputation.
It's still delicious! The packaging has also improved, making it a great option to buy as a gift. The bibingka here is still very tasty. It's definitely worth stopping by to pick up some souvenirs!
Try the eierkuchen, kassavakuchen, bokokuchen, and their special bibingka. Pay a visit to enjoy some delicious baked treats!
