Baskin-Robbins /Dunki Donuts - Apex

I wish the Baskin-Robins employees have a better knowledge of their offers. we wanted chocolate flavored ice cream but ended something else. really excluded with the service.

We stopped today on this br (the 12th juni.) no customers were in the load, but the journey through was busy. my son and I were looking for an ice, so we were standing on the eist. there were two employees working through the drive and 8 employees standing in the back and laughing. I thought there was a team meeting, but no, just stand and talk. After waiting for about 5 minutes and being ignored, I said and asked if the load was closed. several employees migrated and looked confused. a woman spoke up and asked if we wanted ice cream and if yes, go with the register in the counter. I mentioned that this was not the usual method at br and followed. She was pretty rude. we made our orders and then went back to the ice counter where we were asked again what our orders were. after we had given them, the three hired went on the back of the load and left us standing there. a very young teenage girl stepped forward to handle our performances and made a good work. the rest of the staff was overhauled, and none of these actually gave a service. If it had not been for the young lady who had stepped forward, we would probably still stand there. I added her smile on her and help her readiness and told her she was the only work of the group. I assume that the others of the group were to be trained, but there was no trainer in prove, and no effort was made to mention that they had no idea what was going on in the load before.

I'm just giving one star because I can't give 5. I have not even received any service or any food or drink, but this review is still worth it. I arrived on Monday, May 16 at 10:30. there were no cars in the car through and no other customers inside. when I went to no one, greeted me, wondered if they could help me, or even gave them cursed to say that they will be right with me. I looked at the ice to meet my selection, no one has recognized me or asked me what I wanted. After 2-3 minutes waiting to be waited, two white girls came in the load, went around me to the cash register and were immediately greeted and waited. I think the exact words were he, always your rest today? signals that they were clearly regular customers. the young lady behind the counter (if I had caught her name) continued to serve the two girls immediately, even without recognizing me in the least. After watching this blatant disregard right in front of me, I immediately left the load, grateful that I could not spend a single cent of my hard earned gelding in this racist institution!

Not the most varied ice cream selection but staff is great and helpful. Decent ice cream as always
