Buoy Bowls - Apex

Me and my boyfriend go constantly here, every time they never fail to make us a delicious Açaí Bowl! It?s my boyfriend?s favorite place now to get our bowls! Highly recommend everyone to at least try it once!!

I placed my order through the app and it automatically populated a location this time and not the location that I normally use or wanted at Raleigh Orthopedics instead it put my order through without asking me or prompting me to pick a place, to the lifetime fitness location. The app said it would be ready in 20 minutes, I showed up to the Raleigh orthopedic location within 10 minutes and they said it?s their policy that any wrong order through the app is not their responsibility and unless the other place hadn't already made my drink they wouldn?t make me another one to replace it. Of course the other location had already made my order 10 minutes before they said it would be ready so I was just out of luck after paying for a $10 drink. If they are going to have a policy that strict about not honoring orders placed at the wrong location than their app needs to prompt you to pick a location rather than picking one for you. that?s just a terrible policy and customer service

Fast and convenient and our go-to for a quick healthy breakfast. A little pricey than other Acai bowls that we have tried but delicious. Personally I like my smoothie or Acai bowls better in shallow bowls so you can get a a good ratio of your toppings/smoothie till your last bite. Buoy has deep bowls and I always end up with a lot more teeth-chilling smoothie with no toppings to eat with...again some people may like it this way...purely a personal preference. Don't let that stop you. Go try them out! P.S: this is one place I always add a tip on the square and hope that the tips go to the hardworking, smiling teens that work in the truck.

I had positive experiences with Buoy Bowls before as a customer. That is why I went to them with a fundraising opportunity for a philanthropy event I was planning for my graduate program. I got verbal confirmation in November 2021 for the event happening March 2022. A few emails and texts went back and forth with the company between November and I would say January. January I confirmed (again) that they would like to participate. Was told yes. Once I was working to finalize details, end of January into February, I started not hearing back. I followed up with emails and texts with no response. Mid February comes around and I reach out to an individual I know who works there to get the organizer to respond to me, was told they would but never heard a response. I then had to last minute find a different organization to help me with my event. Getting verbal confirmation in November had me assuming all would be well. Very disappointed because I had always loved Buoy Bowls.

Cool, crunchy, fruity. What more do you need? A second helping!???? There is always a wait, but each bowl is made to order.
