Jersey Mike's Subs - Apex

I decided to leave early, but I wish I had known that I would have to settle for a less favorable location of Jersey Mike's at work instead of the one closer to my house, where I couldn't place my order. The Jersey Mike's on Meeting Street is much better.

Great location. Managers and team do a great job to meet the needs of the customer.

I just placed an order through the app which was linked to door dash for delivery. Someone cancelled my order and I have no idea why. I keep trying to call the store and can?t get through. Now it appears they purposely have the phone off the hook so they don?t receive calls. Does the owner know they are losing revenue today? I just want my food and want to know why it was cancelled. Plus I?ve received no notification from Jersey Mike?s on whether or not I will receive a refund due to my order being cancelled. If the manager or franchise owner can reach out to me to remedy the issue I will gladly remove this review. I?m a HUGE fan of Jersey Mike?s and have been a 20 year customer.

I absolutely love this place! Mark is wonderful, super friendly staffing. I love how they cut the slices for your cold subs in front of you. Always smiling faces, and have one of the big chocolate chunk cookies you wont regret it. I'm obsessed.

Excellent service and wonderful staff! I place lunch orders for my office every week, and our meals are consistently well-prepared. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a delicious sub.
