The first 2-3 times pasta was great, bread was delicious, pizza was okish. The last order from here was another experience. Bread was boiled, pasta was half the normal Qty, the other pasta was simply okish. Not sure what happened on this particular day, but this shows inconsistent quality.
Enter a star because they do not allow the option for none. I love Namolis, eat there a few times a month. The food is delicious and cheap, but tonight is a very bad taste in my mouth that says least. We called and ordered our food at 5.40. They told us they didn't sell any slices of pizza. Okay, understandable? Saturday night no big deal. We ordered 2 hot bottoms with frits and an order of garlic knots. She told us about the phone, it would be about 45-50 minutes until it was finished. Again, no big deal? Saturday night? very likely busy. She came from the phone that our order was in the kitchen. After arriving to get our food after 1 hour, it was still finished and the girl at the desk said it was a few minutes more. After we had waited another 30 minutes and had no food yet, we went to checkout and asked for our money back. They said they couldn't do that. The boy working behind the counter used the apology that they were closed in 2 hours, although we ordered our food an hour ago. 4 other customers came in and ordered their food at the counter and received them before ours came. On arrival home both subs were cold, missing all toppings and had only 5 French pommes on the side. The garlic knots were only biscuits without garlic. I understand the food industry and that mistakes can happen, but customer service tonight was not the standard it is usually. Extremely disappointed.
I have cheese and pepperoni Sicily, which proved to be a deep dish. Mozzarella Stick were obviously frozen and so over boiled it was just bread. Would have been better to get Digiorno out of the store. At least I would have actually tasted the whole pizza, not only bake bread and only taste sauce.
I rarely give 5 stars but I am today because 1. The pizza was very good. 2. They are SO affordable. Walking in it looks like they're going out of business but that's not the case.
