Paco’s Tacos Catering - Apex

I've been coming here for years and have yet to be disappointed. As someone who loves tacos and has tried MANY trucks and restaurants, none of them compare to pacos. My boyfriend and I sometimes find ourselves making the 30 minute drive when we are craving tacos and haven't been in the area in awhile to stop by lol. Wish they would bring a truck to Sanford, they would do excellent there!

Fresh food! Only place I will go for tasty tacos! Best tortillas in town, Fish is amazing. The folks are friendly, the service is fast!Waiting for those San Diego Rolled Tacos/Taquitos to hit the menu!!!

My husband and I came around lunch time and the service was 10/10. We ordered the carne asada nachos to share and they were amazing!! I keep talking about them! i definitely recommend them : Really fresh food and super clean!

This is our favorite taco truck! The carne asada tacos are the best!

Not sure if they were just having a bad day? New employee? I do see good reviews here but my Carne asada taco was 100%fat and unidentified white pieces that had the consistency of rubber. The tort was also greasy. And ripped nearly in half. Tossed in the trash..unfortunately I was at home when I made the discovery. Check your tacos at pacos
