Burger King - Apollo Beach

Great experience. I am from Toronto, Canada and visited this place three times last week. Customer service was awarded every three times. I had to write a review. The men on the counter understand customers and their needs. The orders were accurate and perfected. No more McDonalds for me. I'm a customer for life when I come here. I wish we had this kind of service in Toronto, Canada. I hope that Corporate will appreciate this location and its employees and reward them for their consistent service. Keep the good work and I will make sure to spread the word and recommend this position to many others.

Honestly, what I expected from a Burger King. The fast food inspection was exceptionally timely - my assumption is because the food was like 20 minutes old, but remember his Burger King. Customer service was terrible, the food was prepared for a minimalist standard. If I could give 6 stars to expect nothing less than a minimum wage, I would. In today's society everyone gets a trophy, even for participation. This is your trophy, even if you're finally here, we're proud of you. Be the best if you're terrible.

I will say the last two weeks I have lunch of service and food was great!! Stop it. A few months back it was not good at all, so much improvement!!!

Burger King makes the always perfect whopper, but Fritten are not always thoroughly cooked. I'll keep coming back until they get it right.
