Papa John's Pizza - Apollo Beach

Liz is the absolute best. She knows what you need before you even have to ask. She is super pleasant and so is Shannon and Daniel. Dad! Johns has excellent pizza and side items. The six cheese bread is delicious. Love the Parmesan sticks, the Philly Pizza is super delicious, love the toppings meatballs, steak, all have excellent flavors. Customer service is 10 stars. Liz is the GM and she is excellent. Go beyond and beyond and is the absolute best with customer service and professionalism. Love her and love Daniel, the assistant GM, he is so beautiful and sweet, excellent customer service and food, sodas, and all foods are great. Fast and quick service, delivery is a great option as they are quick to deliver. Thank you. Papa Johns.

You have great popcorn chicken poppers. The chicken wings are amazing. I haven't tried the pizza yet, but my husband and son have and they LOVE IT. If you weren't, you have to do this order now.

I went to the store on 06/18/2020 and ordered a large pizza and garlic butter sauce. When I came home, I noticed that the bottle of the pizza box was wet and an oily aroma dripping. I opened the box and noticed that a whole bottle of garlic butter sauce was opened and looked like it had been tipped in the pizza. I also noticed that all garlic butter sauce containers were on the pizza. This raises several concerns, in particular because a virus is circulating which can pass from object to object. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager who said he would make another pizza for me, and they guaranteed that they would follow all the requirements for proper hygiene and safety precautions. I'm going back to the store where no one greeted me, there were two people back and 4 in the store when I entered two of them, turned my back and didn't help me. I had to fly someone back to get help, think that at that time no other customers were in the store. Since the manager had promised to follow the correct safety precautions, I noticed some factors, no one used gloves, no one had face masks or hair nets, utensils were treated and then the employees touched international boxes, sauce containers (which then went to the pizza boxes to sit with the food). All this to say that I am very disappointed in this business infection prevention skills and I am very concerned that there is no customer service in sight.

They don't give you what you pay for. Feel ripped off. Nice people but I'm judging the product that I paid for.

First of all it was very clean. The people that work there were very courteous. The new Papadios sandwiches were delicious. Lots of parking close to the store. I'm sure I will be going back for more and if you haven't tried the Papa dios you need to.
