Starbucks - Apollo Beach

Anytime I go there the staff is always amazing and they do a great job. Service can be a little slow when the line is long. 99 of my visits they always are out of stock on something. Whether the right size cups, right straws and even ingredients needed for the coffee.

Been here three times and only got my order right once. Hell, they forgot about me, this last time. Had to wait seven minutes for my order only to have them forgot to put mocha in my mocha Frappuccino. I would have asked for a new one, but I don’t have several hours to wait.

The early morning crew are all All stars and amazing but the afternoon crew specially on weekends need to get it straight. Barely no line and took forever. Gave me the drink and couldn't even mix it. When I asked for a straw he gave me the deer headlights. I gave up and drove away.

Died accused. the breakfast chicken sandwich. glad they are removed from the menu until they can find out. I tried and not so happy. but I enjoy dies frappuccino and the energy drinks. the grilled cheese is a beautiful lunch sandwich. I may not go every day, but at least 3 days the week. yummy!

Not sure why this Starbucks is rated so low. The staff is friendly. The bathrooms are clean and the coffee is great.
