Harbor master Thomas (DE) helps with docking and is the best mariner I have met in 12 years of sailing. The bay is well protected and a true pearl. The restaurant has a large selection and wonderful food as well as super nice staff. In the harbor there are various shops, ice cream parlors, etc. Sivota is a perfect place for us to stop, you should definitely call and reserve in advance but it is always worth a visit. I'm already looking forward to the next time. GLG Thomas Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great food in a fantastic location. I was after a Red Mullet which was unavailable, so I settled for a bowl of seafood pasta and fried baby calamari. Both were fantastic! The pasta was not overcooked, the broth was rich and well seasoned, the inclusions of seafood was generous. It’s a family business, they explained that they often have boats which go out and catch fish and they often include their own catches on the menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Spiridoula truly exceeded our expectations. The panoramic view added a touch of magic to our dining experience, creating the perfect backdrop for savoring the distinct flavors of the gavros and sardela dishes. The personnel 's friendliness and attentiveness enhanced the overall atmosphere, making us feel genuinely welcome. What stood out the most was the exceptional tasting menu. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing a harmonious blend of flavors and creativity. From the first bite to the last, it was a culinary journey that left a lasting impression. The attention to detail in both the presentation and service highlighted the restaurant 's commitment to providing a top-notch dining experience. Spiridoula has undoubtedly become a favorite, and I look forward to returning to indulge in their culinary delights and enjoy that mesmerizing view once again. Was apart of the sailing holidays flotilla, brilliant by the way, check it out. We had dinner at the restaurant. Ordering several fish based dishes and also a carbonara. The food was cold and tasteless. When ordered back to the kitchen to heat up slightly the owner came and told us this was how it should be. That we don’t know what we are doing. Being shouted at across the restaurant. Of course due to this we didn’t feel a tip was appropriate. We got called cheap and ungrateful before being shouted at to leave. We didn’t go far as we was staying on the boat a few meter away. Less than an hour later the owner felt the need to unplug our boat from power. Ordering us to move! Saying we didn’t eat there and that we had to move. We showed him the receipt and he said it was fake. The manager of sailing holidays next door helped and got him to leave alone, lovely lady. Would not recommend for the food, the service. Would try 12 gods next door! Very nice! Parking: Won’t let you park.
