Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Apopka

I typically enjoy eating at Dairy Queen, but on this occasion, the chicken was so terrible that even the dog refused to eat it. Additionally, the fries were served ice cold. The hotdogs were the only decent part of the meal.

Overcooked fish sandwich, melted ice cream. uncooked fries. burned cheese bits. how can anyone live with themselves after this terrible service of food.

I typically prefer a generous amount of sauce on my food, but my flamethrower burger had too much this time. It was still tasty, but a bit excessive.

The service was slow and the delivery time kept changing, as this was my first time using DoorDash. I placed my order at 1 o'clock and it arrived at 2:09. However, the food was good, especially the blizzard. I would recommend it.

First the bathroom had no paper toilet. I never told the manager that someone's filling it up again. they gave us our ice cream before the food I don't use. I ask if they can keep mine in the freeze cabinet while I was ready to eat. the food was cold and not with ranch as the image served. the manager was upset when I wanted to warm up for me and he was upset when I asked for the ranch. not good customer service at this place. dq is independent of the property. Why do you direct me to the company? It looks like this place is not about the customer, but to earn money. Now, you won't get my money! no excuses. eat should be hot and it should be paper toilet in the bathroom.
