Panera Bread - Apopka

I visited this place for the first time this afternoon and had a great experience. From the door the checkout was super friendly and professional. But, of course, what's up was my order. The worker who made my sandwich made the most delicious sandwich I've ever had!! (It was a Mediterranean veggie). It is appearance and taste were of the charts. I could eat only half, but the other half ate to my dinner and it tastes still fresh!!! Five to this place! I will definitely travel back to your location.

Customer service and integrity are now lost at Panera Bread. I was hurried when I placed my order. It seemed to be a frustration. When do you choose apple? It took a long time. I can't get home. Then go to enjoy my apple. It was lazy. How do you put a rot into a customer bag? with a smile.

Is this Panera going under? Giving it another shot. I pulled in for some bagels Tuesday at 9am. They were out of the popular bagels and only had flax seed. So being hungry will give it a try. What we got was a oatmeal covered lunch roll. We got 2 for 9.00. Sad Apopka doesn't have a decent bagel shop. Panera is terrible.

Went this morning to pick up a Bakers Pack. I asked for all the bagels to be sliced as always. When I get home to have bagels with our morning coffee, more than half of them were falling apart because they were not sliced properly. Pics included for reference.

Wow impresses how sweet the lady who took our mission! She was efficient and friendly! So beautiful and honest a breath of fresh air with all the negativity and bad customer service other places. I wish I had written her name because she deserves recognition?
