Contribuisci feedbackDon't eat here anymore. When double charged, asked for another protein (bean chicken) on the nachos from regular chicken and no problem was told. I ordered some other things, got the entrance and sat while I waited to eat I saw the entrance and noticed an additional $4.99 up on the $10.00 for the nachos. I asked the waitress if this was correct and she was also confused, left and came back with the explanation and left. Me? Do you all know that they are nickel and dime and that? Where?s the chicken I paid for because I didn't get the chicken for $10 I got some fried chicken (not a generous amount in any way)
My order is probably 1 out of all 4 visits. The Queso is either watery without taste or my tacos have absolutely no chicken or the chicken is burned and tastes like Charr. I think I'm done with this place.
The staff is always helpful, friendly and has a smile on the face. The surroundings are cozy. The restaurant is not busy. The food is good... I would suggest free salsa with the chips.
I would advise that you NEVER order a steak nacho. There was no meat on our order. We showed the staff and they agreed and took our order to the back to be re-made. Lauren came to our table and handed us the dish and stated that they ADDED steak this time for free but next time we need to add extra if we needed more. ?? A. We came here for a quick lunch. We can afford our meal and any extras, if needed. B. The sad part is that the dismay has nothing to do with their portion guidelines. It has to do with the fact that there was NO steak in our meal. We asked an employee to look at it just to verify that our eyes were not deceiving us. Every staff member treated us with respect. It's sad that they are being led by Lauren we were told she was the actual manager). Lauren was completely unprofessional in handling the situation. No empathy, no understanding, no humility and she made it very clear that we shouldn't be there. You can actually get better meal proportions at McDonald's with a $2.00 hamburger. You would also receive more respect from there too. We sent back our meal no reimbursement needed) and will never go back. I didn't expect this at all.
This location used to be good, but it has gone way downhill over the last 2 years. We're done giving it a chance. We always order pickup through the app and EVERY SINGLE TIME they manage to screw up our order! And we dont even order anything complicated! I wouldn't mind too much if we weren't losing money for their mistakes, but to pay extra and not get it? Yeah, that's annoying. I'm sure it would be fine if you were dining in, since any mistake could be fixed on the spot, but getting home to find that your order was incorrect is just so frustrating. We've given them so many chances, but after another messed up order today, we won't be going back.
