Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Apopka

Customer service. Offers a variety of smoothies, sandwiches, flatbreads, wraps and bowls. Breakfast is now also available. Chilly inside, so we enjoyed the sunset on an outside table. While we had our smoothies, someone brought the food before us when it was ready.

I love everything they offer the food the smoothies and snacks everything is amazing, including the service would so recommend

I visited the Planet Smoothie located at 3030 E. Semoran Blvd, Apopka, FL 32703, on March 17th at around 10:05 AM. Unfortunately, the staff who were on duty refused to assist me. As a Black woman and a member of the LGBTQ community, I found this treatment unacceptable. I was disappointed by the staff's behavior; they completely ignored me when I entered and only attended to the white customers around me. I have money to spend, and I am a proud aunt, sister, voting citizen, and high school graduate. This kind of behavior is unethical, and I request that you contact me immediately regarding this matter.

Worst Tropical Smoothie I was already with many. I went to the Apopka site at 3030 E Semoran Blvd, Apopka, FL 32703. The workers talked to each other when a number of customers were waiting. Some customers the workers chose longer conversations, even after their order was completed. At one point, the workers have been so involved in the conversation that they have forgotten to start the mixer on the next customer order! I waited a very long time for my smoothie, which they actually forgot, and I had to remind her. The customer service I received was terrible. If you can avoid this place!

Everyone was super friendly and Brenda is great. The pack was delicious. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
