Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant was a mess with overflowing trash cans, a disorganized register, and dirty tables. The staff member handling food did not wear gloves, did not wash his hands, and moved trash bags from the floor to where food was being prepared. The floors were dirty and sticky, with spilled food and hot sauce bottles on the ground. The food was cold and the overall hygiene was questionable. It was a slow and unorganized experience, and I do not plan on returning to the dirty establishment.
Today, I placed an order for multiple meals. I arrived 10 minutes late because I knew my food wouldn't be ready yet (based on past experiences). I then waited an additional 20 minutes for my order, which was sitting half-prepared the entire time. When I finally received my order, it was lukewarm at best. I noticed that my side of chips and guacamole was missing. When I inquired about it, I was informed that they were outside, even though they were clearly visible. Instead of offering me a refund on the missing items, I was told to contact their customer service for a voucher for a future order. The bowls I received were all half-filled and messy. The orders that I paid extra for double protein had the same amount of meat as a standard order. In conclusion, I still love Chipotle, but I would rather poke myself in the eye with a spork than return to this particular location. I would give it zero stars and do not recommend it.
That was one of the tye friendly places where I already arrived. I've eaten there before, and this time it was better to eat. I have the double protein bowl. it was eating a lot. I had to make it two meals.
Enveloping inside and order online only. so many people come to a holiday. how can they afford to lose as much business? Perhaps they need to pay their employees more to maintain the restaurant accordingly? bad management? are they wondering what the trade is to pay this staff more vs lose a large amount of business?
I stopped into this location last week between 7-7:30PM. They only had two meat options available and weren’t cooking any more of the items they were out of. I also saw the line worker take meat off of a half made burrito and put it back into the container after the customer ahead of me changed their mind.
