Little Caesars - Apple Valley

I am surprised to publish this positive review. Thin crust pizza was delicious. The cheese was very good and cheesy. Better than a few places when I ordered the young lady was very nice and happy to be there???? Service and the place was clean. I'm really shocked? I hope they keep this up.

I should have known. Were all excited, could not wait to come home to see my favorite show. In the house blown from my coat on the TV and opened the box of Little Caesars and BAM!!! To my shock I did not see my big 3 meat pizza, but what appeared a medium 1/2 pepperoni amd 1/2 cheese sticks.

Pizza is good hot n ready pizza are always fresh. The staff is beautiful for the most part good customer service. I never had problems with my order and it's always ready when they tell me it's gonna be ready. My only complaint that they don't always answer the phone when I try to call my order so I don't have to wait so long. This is really the only bad thing I have to say is that they suck in answering the business line.

We brought a pizza home when we checked it, the pizza was hard. We cannot feed our children, it seems that the pizza is sitting there for some time. We called that they told us to bring it back so we brought it back and I can tell you that this is the worst customer service I know. They were really rude, she said it would wait 20 minutes. I said why, and she said a fact that it will take 30 minutes. This is really unprofessional and that was the manager or the person responsible and she said if I don't want to wait, I can't go and directed to the door. When I left, I asked her what her name was and when I could cooperate, and she told me to go to get it. That's the job I don't understand why get crazy when I bring back an old pizza, I won't let my kids eat an old pizza that's hard, especially because I paid for it. Worst experience ever, above all, of a person who is responsible for her tone and her approach to me, I felt as if she attacked me. She came into my face? m in front of customers .
