Mama Carpino's Italian - Apple Valley

I love this place. I've been here for years. Best pizza in town. We like the simple cheese best. The other dishes are also great. Probably the best lasagna I've ever had except the mother. The free bread is so good, it's addictive.

This is the best pizza I've ever had! This restaurant truly knows how to do Italian cuisine right, and you can tell the moment you walk through the door. When you sit down, they serve you complimentary fresh-baked bread with vinegar and oil for dipping, which is absolutely delightful! Every dish I've tried here has been fantastic, but I have to highlight their pizza in particular. The mozzarella is incredibly flavorful, with a wonderfully stretchy, melt-in-your-mouth texture. The sauce has a robust taste, and the thin crust is far from bland. Mama Carpino also features a deli inside, so you can be assured that everything is fresh and delicious! This is definitely my go-to place for great food in a wonderful atmosphere.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant! The interior is lovely, so don’t be misled by appearances. The food is incredibly delicious! Everything is homemade, and the soups are exceptional! I often order the soups to go when I’m there because they sell out quickly! The tomato soup is simply amazing!

Great place for lunch, dinner, or special occasions. My wife and I had our engagement dinner here with 45 guests and had an absolutly wonderful time. I have eaten here many times and the only complaint I have is that the wait during dinner times Canberra long. (but it's well worth it). ....in addition, thressa makes the most amaizing looking and delicious cakes. It may look like a bar out front but the ambiance is second to none! There is just too much good stuff to say about this place, you need to experience it for yourself.
