Panera Bread - Apple Valley

I love going to Panera because they have a diverse menu with options like bagels, soup, salad, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, coffee, cookies, and more. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating, a large fireplace, and comfortable chairs ideal for relaxing with a book or chatting with a friend. You can order contactlessly at a kiosk, but the staff is also friendly and ready to assist. They require you to show your receipt to get a cup for your fountain beverage, likely due to past theft incidents.

My experience at Panera was extremely disappointing in terms of both the service and food quality. As a long-time customer, I am unsatisfied with the declining quality. Additionally, I believe they should not allow certain groups to gather in their establishment as it could potentially offend other customers. On a positive note, Steph, Jeff, Fred, Joe, and Hanna provided great service. Thank you, Gino.
