Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

The gluten-free crust has been unavailable at this specific location, and it seems disorganized here. I've started going to the Burnsville County Road 42 store instead. This location has been the most problematic out of the three I regularly order from. Their posted hours do not reflect the actual hours, and my pizza was left in the store overnight. I had made an online payment, but when I picked up the order, I ended up paying again. I formally requested a refund from management, but I received no assistance and no callback.

This is a great spot for take-and-bake pizzas, offering a wide variety of toppings. It's a refreshing change and very convenient.

Everything seemed perfect until I noticed they forgot the garlic butter. I was charged for it, and it was listed on the receipt. When I pay for something, I expect to actually receive it. I love Papa Murphy's, but it just isn't the same without the garlic butter. I'm very disappointed.

Ordered two large take n' bake pizzas, experienced slow and poor customer service. Contacted Cole regarding this, requested his manager Chris give me a call, he never did. Poor customer service, poor management.
