I come from a Filipino family in the Chicago area, and the cities are definitely missing when it comes to this taste palate. Before I got in, I didn't see any prices online. I included pictures of the menu available on Sunday afternoon during lunch. I was really impressed that they have a gluten-free sub for everything. Also the soy sauce selection has swaps. They said they make a lot of their own sauces so that everything is gluten-free. The place was clean and had beautiful MN touchse through. My husband ordered the sesame bowl and I got the 5 spice pork burrito. I saved my burrito. It is the perfect combination of aromas. It has a touch of spiciness that could be too much for the MN crowd, but feels right at someone who prefers a small kick. I'll say that I thought it was something on the expensive side for size. I mean, over $9.00 for something over the width of my wrist compared to Chipotle Burritos, which are about $0.50 cheaper. There was avocado in this Burrito, so I guess it's kind of out. I liked that the spicy Mayo was on the inside, but also a little extra on the side. Great reputation for the spice range that MN can tolerate. My husband has the Sesame Chicken Bowl. We both thought it was good. It tasted fresh. Because the Teriyaki sauce is gluten-free, it is homemade. I personally think it's a little too sweet, but tolerable. My husband thought it was good. We didn't think there was enough sauce for the amount of rice in the bowl. Maybe ask for extra sauce when you get a rice dish. I didn't order raw fish from this restaurant. I have a strict rule that I only eat raw fish from sushi or Poke Bowl places (where raw fish overwhelms the menu). There were cooked rolls here that I would try. There was another pair that got sushi and they seemed satisfied with their order.
Was on the road for a while. My son and I stopped at noon. a very unique menu. by unique I mean interesting and exciting. not every day. the place was clean, bright and comfortable, the guys working were friendly. both of our meals were EXCELLENT! made to order, fresh and incredibly tasteful. the portions were good and the prices were a good value. I'm sorry it took so long to stop, I missed lol. will definitely return! super tasteful!
The food was very nice. Man behind the counter was great. Food was really expensive and beef and broccoli was not great
I will always choose this place through other fast food. They are fast and delicious. Appropriately expensive. High quality product. Rolls are usually gigantic. Poke bowls are delicious. Not so much in my area.
Very Good! have drove past this place for a while and decided to try it out. We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki bowl and Sesame Chicken bowl. Both were really good. The vegetables were cooked right, not mush but not raw either. Will be keeping this place in my rotation.
