White Castle - Apple Valley

On 10/2/2022 at 11:01 clock I have made a schedule. I made it all by home, only for my order to mislead me, even after I said how I wanted my slider for allergies. I called the load at 12:02 a.m. and a young lady answered the phone as soon as I wanted to say that I just left the drive, she was immediately suspended in my face. I couldn't even get my cake out. that was a problem now to stop some time. the young lady is always rude and I do not understand why she was not corrected. that is as unfair as you sometimes get treated with whitecastle. I could understand when I came out of rude, but she hanged on me so fast I couldn't be rude if I wanted. then I'll call back and now I'm not answering. I hope they get it together because it doesn't always make the customers mistake.

Waits in the running gear at about 40 to 45 mins that was not as fresh as it could have been and the display was misunderstood, it was so hot when we went, we could not even get a polite cold cup water. sm

The effort started when ordering through the drive-thru, as their lobby is not open. we ordered a 20-fold original slider without tweeting. the type that commanded him had so many problems that he had to hand him over to a coworker. we ordered cheese on them, but no jalapeños. we don't have jalapeños, we don't have a cheese and a lot of wobbles. the fries were half boiled, the sliders were soggy and my chocolate shakes, if that were my first chocolate shaker, would have sworn me of the shakes for living. I am not impressed and I will never return to this special white castle. Thank you for ruining the first time I ever had the white one. my old man took care of this almost food chain, so I was excited to try it, now I wish I didn't have it.

You got to be one incompetent person to mess up a number one with cheese and ketchup. Maybe if the black lady in the kitchen wasn't talking on her phone while she was making food my order would have been right. it's fast food, not rocket science. Completely incompetent workers.

I have been eating White Castle since grade school. The fact that my order is always good, plus no salt on my French fries because I cannot have salt and quick service. MN
