Clachan Bed Breakfast - Applecross

We had a lovely stay with Tery and her family at Clachan Manse and would highly recommend it. The rooms were comfortable with their own entrance, and Tery was a friendly host. They used to serve a cooked breakfast, but due to COVID, they now provide a continental breakfast in the room. Before our stay, Tery mentioned to ask about any dietary restrictions and assured us that catering to a vegan diet was not a problem. The breakfast options included muesli, porridge, orange juice, coconut milk, and even the option to have a hot vegan sausage roll delivered to our room in the morning. We were pleasantly surprised to find vegan cookies in our room as well.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Clachan Manse with Tery and her family. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, complete with a private entrance. Tery was a friendly host who catered to our dietary needs, even offering a variety of options for breakfast. While they used to serve a cooked breakfast, Covid restrictions now mean a continental breakfast is provided in-room. Tery was accommodating of my vegan diet, ensuring I had plenty of options including fruit, corn flakes, porridge, orange juice, coconut milk, and even a hot vegan sausage roll in the morning. To top it off, there were delicious vegan cookies waiting for us in the room. I would highly recommend staying at Clachan Manse for a pleasant and accommodating experience.
