The Junction - Applecross

The very rich salmon salad and the beautiful restaurant

The Junction is just what Applecross needed. It's a quaint, cozy, trendy bar/restaurant/ cafe. We stopped by for an early dinner. Service was outstanding and the view was really nice as we sat upstairs right in front next to the window. I had the Haggis, neeps and tatties which was presented very neat (see pic). She had the Haddock which was wonderful too. If you're younger I'd definitely go here rather than the Inn..

I had the best burger of my life here. Can't recommend it enough.

They serve a wonderful hot spicy pizza, Diablo, I think it was. The waitress very cleverly said that the extremely nippy home made Chilli sauce could be served seperatly damn good idea, it was hot and only a wee dodd was required !The atmosphere is welcoming.
