Very mixed opinion... Best and worst. Aubergine in excellent entrance MAIS egg mimosa barely worthy of a neighbourhood Bistro. Baba in 4hum without rum... Price menu held MAIS à-côtés out of price (evian 9€, coffee 7€... In the end almost 60€ per person without wine!!! It really isn't worth it.
Design of the refined and warm restaurant, service of a great whole gringalet with fabulous whisky tips (Yann, a real enthusiast! All on a searched and impeccable kitchen background. All this at an honest price compared to quality. Don't think, go!

We had a good night. restaurant in the village of Apremont, a few steps from Chantilly. friendly environment, reception and service very pro and user-friendly. dishes are tasty, generous and traveling. cooking and seasoning are mastered. Only the chick peas was a little too salty for me. a reasonably provided map, which allows you to easily manage dishes made of fresh products and products locally: the great view of the kitchen allows the team to see in the workplace. very good choice of wines. rates are mastered: the menus at 35€ are perfect. We recommend this establishment.
