Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a simple 500 mL açaí bowl, with only banana. 20 min later, I called the attendant and asked about the order. She went to see. Another 20 min later, I asked another attendant and nothing. Then I called the owner and told him about the delay and he said that he would personally bring my order and, amazingly, 30 MINUTES LATER, he arrived with the cup. I complained a lot about the delay and noticed that there were people who took my order ahead of me and he said that not even if his mother begged, he would pass on her order , to which I replied I see 4 attendants embananadas to serve ONE bowl of açaí . If that 's the case, I 'll go there myself and help myself . He didn 't like it, it took another 10 minutes and he brought it with a frown. Honestly, why spend money in a store where the attendants AND THE OWNER act as if they were doing you a favor?? Horrible service! It does not captivate the customer and does not make him come back the next time. The best way to punish bad service is: 1 Move your money elsewhere. 2 Write a detailed review on Google, so others know what your service is like. Sorvete e açaí excellent, preço ok, aceitam vale refeição e ainda per summit indicam quais flavors possuem lactose (isso é muito importante para eu que sou vegano e pessoas intolerantes a lactose).
