Carnitas la Mezca - Arandas

While we turned to the city of Arandas on a weekly trip thru Mexico's Independence Land, we held in the wonderful 100-year-old family and operated CARNITAS LA MEZCA, they prepare everything on the menu in the house from cattle that they raise, excellent super lean pig, the best chips and beans we've ever had, we were so great with everything we ordered from the menu. Also this being in the heart of Tequila Land, we have acquired a few bottles of some and come Anejo from local brands, so smooth. This stop approached the end of our most impressive road trip and became our strongest memory, only as impressed by everything and the pride of every family take into their business... as it should be.

While on a week long road trip thru Mexico's Independence country we wandered into the town of Arandas , we dined in the wonderful 100 year old family owned and operated CARNITAS LA MEZCA , they prepare everything on the menu in house from livestock they raise , excellent super lean pork , the best chips and beans we have ever had , we were so impressed with everything we ordered from the menu , every mouthful was an experience . Also this being in the heart of Tequila country , we purchased a couple bottles of some up and coming Anejo of local brands , so so smooth . Wow ! , this stop was nearing the end of our most impressive road trip and became our strongest memory , just so impressed with everything and the pride each of the family take in their business ... as they justly should .

El lugar no me gusta, es X, pero las carnitas son muy buenas, en especial las tripitas, acostumbro comprarlas para llevar. También los chicharrones, las yescas y los tacos dorados son muy recomendables.
