Mcdonald's - Aransas Pass

It is not even a bad restaurant. Good service they usually get my orders correct so I don't have to worry about getting someone else's food

Tried to make a quick stop for a coffee and a snack. Not quick. Horrible customer service. Coffees were made Wrong. Food was cold. Fries were not cooked thoroughly. Waited 35 minutes. Needs new management that actually knows her employees names and is not just standing at the pass shouting orders. Will definitely never be back!

The incompetence of managers and people who work here, really makes me wonder how low their IQ could be. I'm done ordering from this place, the orders are NEVER correct. No matter how many changes I gave them, they still messed up my orders every single time, whether I order thru favors, drive thru or even inside the store. Is time for this place to go and let a better franchise take the spot. If I was the owner of this place I would have fired management long time ago. You guys are sorry..mark my words if I ever desire to have McDonald's again, I would drive my happy ass to Rockport, over there they know what they doing.

Went to McDonalds which we hardly ever do. But decided to go since I didn 't take meat out for dinner. We did the drive thru, the fries we received were soggy and cold. The lady (young skinny girl) was rude when we asked for different fries. Then didnt give us straws for our drinks. Had attitude when she gave us our new fries and they were still cold and soggy I 'm convinced she just filled it up more. Don 't recommend this location.
