Whataburger - Aransas Pass

It is unusual for my order to be accurate lately. I requested fresh fries but received limp, rubbery, and soggy fries instead. I have consistently had the experience of returning home only to discover that my order was incorrect or missing items. The meat is often dry and overall, the food quality at this restaurant has declined. I long for the days when Whataburger was known for its superior quality.

This restaurant is a great choice for a busy lunch. It's a typical Whataburger, but what really stood out was the energetic and outgoing cashier taking orders. She was awesome and made the dining experience enjoyable.

I usually enjoy Whataburger, but this experience was terrible. After waiting for a long time in the drive-thru, we finally got our food only to find it was cold. As we tried to place our order, an employee kept interrupting to clean the drive-thru lane, insisting we use the outside lane. This was my first time here, and it will definitely be my last.

Consistently have to wait over 20 minutes for my order, even when placed online ahead of time. Frequently wrong order, stale and/or soggy food. Requested the store manager to contact me twice to discuss my concerns, even through the corporate office andnever heard a response. I?ve heard good things about this chain, but this location is a joke. While there aren?t many options inthis town, I still strongly recommend to avoid this location.

This location is the worst Whataburger experience I have ever had. Took 35+ minutes in the drive-thru line to get a lukewarm chicken sandwich, cold fries, and a Root Beer instead of the tea that I ordered. I asked for my receipt and they gave me someone else's. Employees did not seem to care that customers were waiting and it felt like I was an intrusion in their evening at work with their friends. Would never return to this location.
