The food at this restaurant was fantastic. We tried the vegan banquet, which was a great deal at only $30 for three courses. It wasn't listed on their website, so it was a pleasant surprise. The dishes were much more unique compared to the typical vegetarian options found in Indian restaurants, especially the delicious tofu dishes (the Achari Tofu was a standout). The service was laid-back and friendly, with our waitress mentioning that she is vegan and working with the chefs to create more creative vegan dishes. They also offer vegetarian options for those who consume dairy products.

The service was attentive and our waitress, who is vegan herself, ensured that the chef was able to experiment with new and creative vegan cooking techniques. They also have vegetarian options available for those who consume dairy products.

We were sat at a dirty table, putting the clean cutlery and cups on top of crumbs and food scraps. We asked them to clean the table and they said that they didn’t have any more table covers. After which they just scraped all the rubbish onto the floor. Over half of the menu was not available due to “supply shortages”. Food took over an hour to be cooked. Cups were given but the water never arrived. Food was decent but not anything better that can be cooked from supermarket sauces.

Very beautiful and clean restaurant. We stopped there for dinner on the way home to Melbourne from the Grampians. Lived in Melbourne for 5 years but couldn’t find good Indian restaurant. This one is the best I’ve ever been to in Victoria. Very friendly waiter.l and food was amazing. If anyone driving through must try this gem.

I ordered a vegan mango coconut curry just before they closed in the evening. It was absolutely amazing and fresh. Thank you for serving me even though I was last minute! Delicious and a must try! Friendly service on top.
