Domaine Rolet - Arbois

Very well explained on the wine species and specialities of the Jura. A true revelation that was conditional with a very thorough and professional tasting of Rolex's wine offering.

A visit to dder Domaine Rolet is worthwhile. The winery produces the classic wines of the Jura in high quality at reasonable prices. Especially recommended are the excellent Vins jaunes, which show a special freshness in addition to the oxidized style. Also note the older vintages offered in a kind of treasury.

.... it's a winery, one of the largest of the appellations of wines of the JURA if you want to spend a good time, it is imperative to make an appointment : the house can then organize you a wine tasting accompanied by a brunch (paying of course) so on March 11th, we spent more than 2 hours in the wine cellar, sucking all the wines that interest us (or all the white plates)
